Caleb Plus is an initiative of Caleb Leadership Ministries Inc, designed to provide proven leadership training for the business community.The vision of Caleb Plus is to see Christian Business men and women gaining significant time proven skills, based on ethical and Biblical principles. These will enable them to effectively lead, manage and successfully develop their work place in such a way that will Glorify God with a compelling and attractive Christian testimony.
Over the past 14 years Caleb Leadership Ministries has seen the material used in the Caleb Plus course make a huge impact on leaders in church and mission organisations in Australia and around the world and is proved to be effective across many different cultures. We are excited to be offering you the same opportunity for quality training, that will stretch people, but in a safe affirming atmosphere, with a Christian foundation.

- Delegation (how to give and ensure you get a clear delegation)
- Creative Thinking (how to create a culture of ?possibility thinking? in your team ? succeed in group problem solving and planning)
- Intro to PR (developing a strategy to meet the needs of your customer)
- Relationships (skills in building positive relationships in the office and with your customers)
- Communication (public speaking ? designing and presenting short or long talks that inspire your audience or the team)
- Motivation (how to utilise 5 key principles for moving people from rejection to commitment)

Time investment
This course is about 30 hours in duration.
4 full days (2 days per week)
Cost is $1290 per person (early bird is $990 with regos received a month prior to course commencing)
All training materials and lunch & refreshments provided.
Group size
Because of the dynamic interactive nature of the courses, allowing the best possible experience, a minimum of 16 and maximum of 30 participants are required. We will endeavour to provide a ratio of 1 trainer to 6 participants, (maximum) for quality coaching, available during the training.
